Mailsaint is an AI email follow-up tool. After a sales call or client conversation, Mailsaint drafts a personalized follow-up email from your real call transcript and sends it through your own connected Gmail or Outlook account — no retyping what the call already covered.
To do this, Mailsaint asks for permission to connect to your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account via OAuth. It reads your email threads to understand context, drafts replies in your writing style, and sends messages through your own mailbox on your behalf when you approve a draft. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Mailsaint does not sell your data and does not train AI models on the contents of your email. You can disconnect any provider at any time.
